The Echelon Diamond Pizza Oven is Fire Magic's premium built-in pizza oven. It shares the same cordierite baking stone and 304 stainless construction as the Aurora version, but adds touchscreen digital control and IPI electronic ignition — no battery hunting, precise temperature setting from the face of the oven. For outdoor kitchens built to the Echelon standard, it is the right match.
The cordierite stone deck reaches 700°F and holds temperature the way professional pizzeria deck ovens do. At that heat, dough cooks in minutes with the right char and a crust that a standard kitchen oven cannot produce. Fits the same 31.25-inch cutout as the Echelon grill line. Made in Huntington Beach, California.
