If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in the United States, and the decision will be final.

Class Action Waiver

Disputes must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action.

Exceptions

Either party may bring claims in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.
