Every Product Is Covered

Oven and Ember is a factory-authorized dealer for every brand we carry. That matters for warranty. Because your product ships directly from the manufacturer through an authorized channel, it arrives with the full manufacturer's warranty intact. Buy the same unit through an unauthorized reseller and that coverage can be void. With us, it is guaranteed.

The Brands We Carry, and Their Coverage

Each manufacturer sets its own warranty terms, and they are genuinely strong on these products. Highlights below; we will confirm the exact current terms for your specific model before you buy.

  • Fire Magic (grills, kitchen components): Lifetime warranty on cast stainless burners, stainless rod cooking grids, and stainless housings; 15 years on cast brass burners, brass valves, and porcelain housings; 3 years on most other components; 1 year on ignition systems and accessories.   • HPC Fire (fire tables, bowls, pizza ovens): Lifetime warranty on fire pit burners, with shorter coverage on electronics and gas components. See HPC Fire warranty.
  • Firegear (fireplaces, fire tables, bowls): Limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship, with lifetime coverage on certain components. See Firegear warranty.
  • American Fyre Designs and American Outdoor Grill (AOG) (RH Peterson family): Strong manufacturer warranties on castings, burners, and components. We will provide the current written terms for your specific model on request.
  • Valoriani (Italian pizza ovens): Manufacturer warranty on the refractory dome and structure. We will provide the current written terms for your specific model on request.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

You do not deal with the manufacturer alone. As your authorized dealer, we help you through it:

  1. Contact us at 1-307-313-5444 or info@ovenandember.com with your order number and a description of the issue, plus photos if relevant.
  2. We confirm coverage and coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.
  3. We arrange the warranty repair, replacement part, or replacement unit per the manufacturer's terms.

What Warranties Generally Do Not Cover

Manufacturer warranties typically exclude normal wear, cosmetic weathering, damage from misuse or improper installation, and unauthorized modifications. Shipping damage is handled separately and quickly under our Shipping and Return policies, not under warranty, so report it within 48 hours of delivery.
