The Aurora Gourmet Griddle is a different tool than a grill, not a replacement for one. Where grates cook over direct flame and let drippings fall away, the 3/8-inch stainless steel surface holds and spreads heat evenly across the full plate — ideal for eggs, fish, smash burgers, stir fry, pancakes, and anything else that wants full contact with a hot, even surface.
